The Sisters of Charity Notre Dame d’Evron
Although the Sisters no longer reside in Vegreville, they continue their missionary work in Peru and Africa, and most recently have completed missionary work in Ft. Chipewyan, Alberta.
The Vegreville Associates with the Sisters of Charity Notre Dame D’Evron are a lay Catholic group who help the Sisters carry on with their work at home and in the Missions through prayers and spiritual devotions, and help in fundraising. Groups of Associates (“Sunflower Associates”) are present in Edmonton, Fort Saskatchewan, Trochu, Bonnyville, and Vegreville. We meet several times a year.
The Sisters accept tax deductible donations at any time of the year. All donations are used 100% for MISSIONS. Donations to the Sisters’ missions may be made in memory of someone who has passed away instead of to a charity where a good portion goes to administration or advertising.
Please make cheques payable to: The Sisters of Charity d’Evron. Mailing address: The Sisters of Charity d’Evron, Finance Office: 3005-119 Street NW, Edmonton, AB, T6J 5R5.
